We are seeking an experienced Scheduling Manager who will execute strategies and processes that are the underlying foundation to client and Home Care Aide (HCA) satisfaction. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage Scheduling team Coast Mentor and support scheduling team as they strive to meet or exceed goals. Recognize top performers and hold team members that are not meeting expectations accountable. Recruit, hire and train Schedulers Meet continuity and attendance guarantee KPI Management of HCAs HCA Evaluations Compliance with state regulations Oversee HCA attendance and PIP HCAs in alignment with company policies In conjunction with CM team, recommend HCA terminations to Operations Director Payroll Management Reduce non billable OT for hca Reduce non billable shift to shift expenses Phone System Maximize the number of incoming calls that are answered live QUALIFICATIONS: Live our company values: Improvement, Respect, Empathy, Reliability Believe in the mission of Growing Caregivers Experience in Management preferably in Home Care or a related field (Home Health, Hospice, Hospital) Ability to work on several projects and tasks using time management skills appropriately Innovative mindset, the ability to find ways to become more efficient Supervisor/ Manager experience COVID-19 fully vaccinated and boosted. California State Requirements Include: State Criminal Background Check (LiveScan) and Negative TB Test.
