Interior Designer

Safdie Rabines Architects, a mid-sized multi-disciplined firm in San Diego, CA is seeking a qualified candidate for Interior Designer/Architect with a minimum of 2 years’ experience working on high-end Multi-Family Residential, Mixed-Use, Hospitality and Private Residential projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working on all aspects of interior design and procurement for complex multi-phase projects. QUALIFICATIONS: - Minimum of 2 years of experience working on high-end interior design projects from concept to construction. - Experience developing interior design presentations, space planning and programming, construction documentation, and interior detailing. - Ability to develop FF&E schedules and budgets. - Experience with product sourcing, procurement, product tracking, and vendor coordination. - Proficient in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, MS Project, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). A general understanding of Enscape and/or Lumion is a plus. - Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, mentor others and be a team leader. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
